In the Section "Density Matrix for a Mixed State: Two States", there is an apparent inconsistency in the statement: "(Note, if \left\vert \psi\right\rangle_1=\left\vert \psi\right\rangle_2\,\!, or if one a_i\,\! or one \left\vert \psi\right\rangle_i\,\! is zero, then this reduces to a pure state.)" Should the subscripts be inside of the kets? Steven
