The symbol be used to represent the identity matrix. It would replace \Bid


Reformatted Eqs. (2.1)-(2.4). Maybe we could write a shortcut to do this. It would be nice if we could get the table to align entries to the left when we want. (That would help with the positioning of the equation numbers.)

This is a one line table. It indents by a certain amount and then begins the equation at that spot. There is a phantom letter (white on white) in the first entry of a table to force the indenting. The equation is in the second table entry and the number is in the third. The equation is no longer centered.
